CEO

Dmitar, co-founder and CEO, merges his expertise in business informatics with a passion for app development and startup culture. A former gymnast and seasoned calisthenics athlete, Dmitar excels in product design and is always brimming with innovative ideas. The genesis of the Thenics App is a testament to his unique blend of skills and interests.

Daniel

CEO

Daniel brings extensive research experience in enhancing knowledge graphs using embedding and language models. His expertise in developing multi-agent language model systems, particularly with graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models, were exemplified in diverse projects.He completed the Junior Managers Program at Bosch, equipping him with strong organizational skills and essential leadership principles. With a background in Information Systems focusing on system architecture, Daniel possesses the technical proficiency to tackle complex challenges.Outside of work, Daniel enjoys long-distance triathlon, kickboxing, and yoga, reflecting his commitment to discipline and well-being.

Patrick

CTO

Patrick is an experienced computer scientist with several years of practical experience, particularly in the development of web applications and the creation of model-based forecasts. He has developed numerous back-end and front-end applications using e.g. ASP .NET MVC and Node.js technologies. He has also created AI models for production and logistics that support companies in areas such as quality forecasting and the detection of imminent signs of wear.

Ines

Digital Creative Art

Ines Burkhardt brings unique qualifications to the team. She combines knowledge of front-end design and content writing with a deep understanding of psychology and stress management. Her experience in art therapy, as a yoga teacher and her master's thesis on the "KreaBox", in which she addresses creative self-reflection for stress management, are particularly valuable for the design of the user interfaces and interactions.

Developer

Svini brings his extensive experience in app and web development as well as his knowledge in designing user interactions and complex front-end design.
His skills include efficient app architecture design with frameworks such as Flutter and the development of interactive web applications with Vue.js and Python.

Tom

Developer

Tom brings valuable work experience in data science, product and app development as well as in building AI-powered mobile applications to the team. In addition to his skills in Python and Flutter, he also has valuable didactic skills from the area of teaching digital skills

Tina brings her expertise in UX design, UX research, and her experience in operational global marketing to the team. With a Master's degree in Business Development, Startup, and Product Management, and a thesis focused on the concept development of a digital healthcare application, she places a strong emphasis on qualitative research. Creative and detail-oriented, she enjoys bringing order to chaos through thorough analysis and research to uncover user needs. Her passion for asking "why" allows her to craft the best possible user experience.
